good work culture in the organization, it support learning and cross training. The evn is not very competitive. we can branch out to different divisions

Cons

less salary, its difficult to pass ideas. There are a lot of road block to career growth. Project management approach is not very advanced

The company is huge and there are many opportunities in different accounts. But, ONLY if you can network your way there. Benefits are good. Especially the time off policy.

Cons

Working at client sites isolates you from the rest of the company. You could end up with tunnel vision if you are not aware of it. Growth opportunities are limited if you are not aggressive about it.
