      membership is really advanced, relation between co-workers is excellent. You have the opportunies to do all types of project, to draw your career and to do want you what you to do as long as proejects are availables

      salaries are not good at all. That is the main downside of CGI group

      Pros

      CGI Federal is a flexible company that is respectful of its members' work-life balance. Management is very transparent with respect to its business philosophy and goals.

      Cons

      Knowledge distribution is somewhat unbalanced. Members who work observably harder don't seem to be compensated for it. CGI Federal is quite laid back most of the time (I suppose that could be a "pro" reason for some). There is no such thing as on-the-job training. There is little opportunity for growth, unless of course you work there for 25 years. Compensation is probably a bit under average.
