Pros

They encourage you to get a lots of formation. They will pay the entirety of the formation (be it a degree or different certifications). You can cumulate your overtime and use them as holidays

Cons

The compensation needs to be increased to compete with the other employers in the region. They increased the hours worked in a week without compensation.

Pros

Get to work on different projects; Flexible time and schedule; Freedom to provide your inputs and thoughts; Decent pay scale though you have to smart to negotiate because like everyone they will try to save money wherever possible.

Cons

Lack of growth, and professional development; Takes years of proving before you will get recognized. Some haphazard management exists; Training opportunities to learn new technologies practically doesnt exist.

Pros

Excellent PTO and unlimited sick leave. Flexible hours and easy going work culture. Depending on which project and client work can be interesting and exciting.

Cons

Limited growth culture, depending on which team but will not learn much and expand technical knowledge. Everything is very structured and main product lime Momentum can be hard to work with and deal with technically.
