- Great work/life balance and very flexible time-wise - Laid back culture - Management trusts you to get the work done and doesn't micro-manage your activities, even if you're entry level - Directors are open and accessible to talk to - A fair amount of responsibility from the get-go - Good amount of client interaction and responsibility on the projects - Competitive pay and benefits at the onset

Cons

- No established training program; need to learn necessary software pretty much on your own - No pre-determined career path; a positive for some, but others like a more clear direction of growth, while at CGI you can pretty much stay at the same level for several years if you nobody above you steps down or you don't specifically request to be transferred to a different project - The laid back culture may be too relaxed for some - Projects can be repetitive and boring at times

Tuition reimbursement. Monthly expense account. Benefits are decent.

Cons

Limited opportunities. Limited clients in area = limited project work. Pay. Very difficult to move between AMS and ADS. Would rather hire staff who is already at an intermediate or senior level then develop their more junior talent.
