They talk about Agile and DevOps but are not ready to give away control to the team. They do not understand any new concepts. They work with offshore teams like they are their slaves. They want to run Agile but still want to get efforts in hours and are not ready to give projects to a team. But want to follow the old approach to set-up a team for a project and then let them go.

Understaffed- therefore managers accurately forcing you to work unpaid overtime. Project Managers mostly unprofessional therefore they screw the project and blame employees for failure. Even if you the expert in your area they will fire you if project gone. Therefore no reason to go on the permanent position with the CGI and get less money than on the contract. It was good company before now clients and professionals avoiding it. Also How you can trust the company which firing people in C.O.V.I.D.-19 situation and in the same time CEO s getting millions in bonuses.
