      Pros

      The personnel create a collaborative environment with everyone helping each other move forward in the process.

      Cons

      profit sharing package is only partly in control of your own and your group's work. if another part of the company does not do well, it can hurt sharing throughout the company.

      Pros

      They are extremely flexiable. I'm not sure where else I could work from home (another provice) for a few weeks with out having to take vacation. Also it seems that I might have lucked out after getting a significant raise each year to the point where I am making almost twice my starting salary. Perhaps I lucked out with a good Director.

      Cons

      I know I could get paid more elsewhere... But I guess that is the trade off. The skill level of some managers is quiet obvious, you can luck out and get one who is good, and not an ass, or strike out and get one who is bad and an ass.
