      NOTHING. only thing is working with a federal agency you get the paid federal holidays off and weekends.

      Cons

      No room for growth AT ALL. Management cares about nothing else but productivity, you are just a number and that is IT. PTO is 1.54 a week which is SLAVERY work .. never worked for a company that doesn't have company morale and cares about the well being of their employees. Supervisors are so focused on dictating that they forget about trying to satisfy not only the "clients" but it's employees as well. Raises are NON EXISTENT .. people that have been working here for 3 years STILL NO RAISE.

      As for Pros, I can think of nothing. Apply to other companies. That is my advice.

      The pay is so low and the work is too much. They will make your life hell!!!
