Pros

Large company, huge base, deep pockets but no growth.

Cons

You're a number, not an employee; leverage levels used but not communicated, once used up, cannot be billed to projects set on the bench and let go even after a decade of working for the company.

Pros

* Easy work * Easy to get along with coworkers - has an 8 hour policy per week for self study but good luck using it with all your other tasks. -lots of different leaves

Cons

* Enormous amount of corporate BS, looking good is more important than being good. * Terrible directors/managers and management, layoffs all the time. Pay attention, it's quite literally the cookie cutter layoff story and corporate red flags. -no bench policy -incompetent hr -disrespectful of time and expectations, especially for interviews and after hours -weak ability to advance, learn, get raise -return to office mandate all the seniors and directors love, but makes no sense and has huge impact on upper management liking you. - you will get cut immediately and with little notice -weak culture of bringing up junior employees, you will always hear "hit the ground running". -low PTO cap compared to every other company that only raises cap by seniority. Otherwise mandated pto -knowledge siloed into overworked, older employees that have no time to train

Pros

-Competitive Pay -Multiple Investment options within Benefits

Cons

Within the Salesforce sector, it's clear this company has little clue about how a project is properly organized and run. The lack of technical strategy and organization has led to the team sometimes working extended days on a 8 hr+ long video call meeting. Many meetings consist of deflection of responsibility, team members sitting on mute when asked to give feedback/thoughts and after many months, there's still many factors of the project that are unclear about who is supposed to be doing what. Upper management will only reach out to you if they are feeling pressure from their higher ups to maintain velocity on progress and will randomly pop into meetings, yet not pay attention. Onboarding for the project to which I was added to wasn't provided, and several technical/project leads seemed mentally checked out after constant pushback and disorganization from leadership. Communication at this company is poor and a lot of the current work is done in silos and large segments of work are bottlenecked to 1-2 people, which make for fragile understanding of the technical implementation across the team. The processes involved with getting work completed is overcomplicated with too many steps and handoffs between teammates with different skillsets, and at times utterly backward from any project I have been a part of previously. During meetings there is no feeling of unity or engagement from my peers...This company is sucking my passion for Salesforce dry.
