      Pros

      Share scheme gives your salary a much needed boost.

      Cons

      Management are clueless about people management. Senior management drone on about family and are only clearly interested in the profits. You have to "Self review " yourselves then get a rating dependant to what is in the pot rather than what you earn. This company seriously misunderstand a fair days work for a fair days pay. Business cases and portfolio for a £40 per month pay increase. Seriously deluded company

      Pros

      Flexibility in working arrangements (location/time), share purchase plan, social club. Financially stable with access to resources across the globe.

      Cons

      Being a large company, leadership does not care about the individual members. Experienced people are often released to make room for less expensive talent. Culture is very much "who you know" as opposed to "what you know."
