      Pros

      You'll be treated like a human for the first year of your employment. That's it.

      Cons

      Insanely poor compensation (Does not even fall in line with inflation) Extremely poor work-life balance Don't bother talking out about the company and improvements, you'll be ignored, and performance managed Due to extremely poor salary, you're offered SO many benefits, but can't actually take any because "Your salary reduces under national living wage"... What's even the point?

      1. Compensation is fair, average on the Market 2. Montreal Office is much better than Toronto one

      Cons

      1. NO Diversity and Inclusion. If you do not have an Indian background, there is no chance of getting good assignments or placement. 2. Very toxic internal environment, competition between internal teams. 3. Cannot move to a new area for example Public Sector if you don't have related experience even within the company.

      The share scheme is alright

      They have nothing tangible to actually sell, all management is interested in is revenue, money, and milking clients are any revenue they can get. No interest is paid in employee well-being. They have no issues in making people’s job obsolete overnight, I was responsible for putting about 50 people out of jobs in 1 year. Terrible business - I would never recommend anyone to join. Business is on a downward trajectory anyway, they rely on single clients for too much and all leaders are in panic stations because those clients realise CGI have nothing really to offer.
