Cons

1)manager politics 2)less salary 3)There is no chance to work on new technology and you have to work in old technology which are like core Java.. 4)No gain while you are working in a project 5)Layoffs 6)less projects.if your project is over, they will keep in support otherwise you will lay off. 7)no hikes 8)Overall worst company to a fresher 9)Employees are like, they don’t want to leave this company because outside world is expecting so much from them and company made them like that with working in useless technologies which are not used in outside world

Pros

WFH transition was smooth and easy Good for 1st job

Cons

Hard to move off projects to get horizontal experience meaning it's hard to get promoted Pay increases are bad and the work isn't exciting enough to stay and deal with low pay Agile projects aren't really Agile Senior leadership are male, pale and stale Every other person on a project is a director/ senior because junior/mid-level staff leave after 2-4 years Not many 'cutting edge' or young projects Easy to grow out of the role Most people are cynical about the projects they're working on so you're surrounded by negativity all the time!
