Pros
Good company philosophy, like share purchase plans for employees, regular team outings and other events.
Cons
Salary increments you get depends on the client. People sit here in management roles for 20 - 30 years, these people don't do any work, it looks like a mini TCS. When you start working in a client location, you are totally cutoff from your manager and the company, they won't receive your calls, or listen to your complaints, you won't get good hikes unless you are lucky. Some people complained about lack of response from the health insurance provider when it comes to settling claims.
