Pros

The main reason I liked the company was because they treated me like a professional. I could get into work around 9:30am and no one really cared as long as I got my work done (I've worked at companies before where you need to be there at some ridiculous hour). They don't micro manage employees either. Of course I'm sure it depends on the project, but I was at the company for 6 years and felt appreciated. The stock purchase plan is really nice too - the stock is still doing well.

Cons

Yearly raises are on par with a large company with a lot of overhead (big time execs who don't bill). Yearly reviews can sometimes be late by a few months. Health benefits could be better.

Nothing much.If you want to enjoy without work join the company .Work from home option is there depending on project.

Cons

A lot.After merging with logica.They have scrapped all good policies. Carrier growth is less. Lots of politics. For advancement in carrier u should be expert in buttering. Management is not good They will try to put in support Not at all recommended for freshers
