If you want to survive ,you should be either very good at politics or you should work like slave without opening your mouth.

Cons

It is not at all employee friendly Company.Entirely Managers driven Company. all support projects Very Old technologies are being used. No perk,less salary,No recognition. Not good for freshers,These people don't have a culture. forget about personal growth,even they will try to spoil your profile.

Pros

Work is varied, have to get on a good project to do something interesting. Culture is very relaxed, can start and leave when you want as long as the work is done. Benefits are great - share purchase plan, private healthcare, social club. Training is available for those who ask for it.

Cons

HR and IT support are atrocious, virtually impossible to get anything done. Pay is far below market average.
