Has lot of pros: 1)Big company, hence job security is there. 2)Company is not for sale. 3)Good work environment and work-life balance. 4)Flexible work hours. 5)Member centric as members are treated as the asset of the company. 6)Member are the owners of the company.
Cons
Few Cons: 1)Everybody may not get chance to learn and work on latest technologies. 2)Training modules and structure need to be improved. 3)Salary structure need to be normalized.
