great benefits overall note the prescription coverage is a bit lacking

Cons

shady treatment of vendors ; no raises ; bonus program is manipulated so that good employees are not rewarded and poor employees are kept on just to have a body in the position.

good 401k match, cool equipment being made and good people locally

Cons

Expects more from employees as time goes on but don't give raises to go with it. Managers have little control since HR has taken compensation power from them. Now that the ag market crashed there is worry of lay offs

Plenty of opportunities to take on more and varied responsibilities.

Cons

The meritocracy system at CNH Industrial states that if you are making more than the industry average for your grade level you will not be allowed to receive a raise. But that matters little since you will not receive a raise anyways. If you accomplish all of the goals that were given to you in a year and do them well you will not receive a raise. I have not met anyone working at CNH for less than 6 years who has received a raise.
