Pros

Smart and intelligent coworkers, really fun happy hours, fruit and coffee, ping pong table, training opportunities, lots of healthcare options, cell phone paid for, PTO allowance helps for great work-life balance. Cachematrix is just overall a really fun place to work with great people and great opportunities to learn and grow.

I honestly can't think of any cons!

Pros

Salaries are competitive, the company had a good run in the mutual funds market but they have had no growth for a very long while.

Cons

No goal in sight for the company, management is in disarray. I honestly can't see how people can give this company a 5 start rating while it's quite interesting that they all did it anonymously eh? Campaign to improve the company rating from within anyone? Does not really matter this company hasn't sustained a productive development team since 2011 and do not believe it's going to in the foreseen future.

Pros

The company is filled with a lot of very talented people who are passionate about their customers and business. A lot of the management team has worked in the industry for a long time, and eagerly shares their experience with the rest of the staff. The company is able to be nimble and adapt quickly. No bloated bureaucracy to deal with here. There is a huge emphasis placed on all employees sharing ideas and contributing to overall success. Clients love this company. Amazing reviews and outstanding on-time project delivery. It is almost easier to work with happy customers.

Cons

The financial services industry has been under some pressure for the last few years, so they have had to pick their strategic opportunities carefully. Career opportunities should improve as the business grows and new functionality is built.
