- Talented people - Great projects for conceptual and schematic phases - Tight knit teams - Lots of opporunities for transferring to other global offices and build connections - Opportunities to expand network and travel with mother company Arcadis for younger employees

- Majority of commercial / retail projects are bids or competitions - leading to high intensive timelines and workloads with no project fee - Not many projects to learn from conceptual phase to site/construction documentation for interiors teams - Poor project management - a lot of overtime and rushed timelines with not enough resourcing
