By having smaller studios within the office, we look to create a sense of belonging, increase participation and collaboration, and make everyone feel part of a closer team of professionals. Each studio is somewhat different, which makes it exciting and gives us an opportunity to experience diverse projects, different challenges, and unique opportunities to learn and develop as professionals and individuals. It was clear that in order to move up the rank and increase your pay - it was a result of time spent in the office as well as playing the corporate game - not a result of competence. Because of this, the practice is very top heavy.
