I was Chucked out from this company for very lame reasons and even after that I was not notified for my termination, I was not given any kind of compensation but was given a letter which states very lame reasons for me being chucked out of the company and that I have worked in there company, which was told to me to use it as an experience letter having which i am not able to get a job anywhere.. My Entire life spoiled that I am now begging for money everywhere.. All this was done just for the sake of transfer to my home town which was not only accepted but treated like a foolish idiot.. I would suggest ppl not to join capgemini as that is the company which would spoil your future, blaming you for lame reason and chucking you out, which would lead you to not join any other IT Company..
