Pros

Decent benefits, local focus means less travel

Cons

Health plan is mediocre. Company is really a glorified staffing shop, not really a consulting firm. Deep bureaucracy, hard to get things approved.

Thanks for sharing your experiences as a member of our team. Feedback is really important to us. We are surprised to hear your assessment of the comprehensive health care plan (medical, dental, eyecare). We continue to add to the plans’ benefits, including new programs for child/elder/pet care . Last year we also rolled out a very competitive and robust parental leave policy.

Pros

not a single pros I could find

Cons

-No projects in Mechanical domain. -Management threatens employee to do unnecessary projects which are not useful to profile, otherwise they will tag you on bench or months , ruining your career -They won't even provide you a place to sit and desktop when you are on bench and they expect you to come to office daily maintaining the office hours -Since no projects are there,Bench period can extend upto 6 months, so definetly you will get frustrated and stressed out. -All the hr policies sucks, no SL or CL, only leave available is PL. You can't take leave in notice period even if you are dying. They will deduct money as LWP before giving you relieving letter, and that too in an improper sandwich structure, ie. if you take leave on Friday and come office on Monday , they will deduct sat and sunday money as well. All they care about money -And they will never share any info about these policies until there comes a time for deducting employee's hard earned money -relocation allowance you need to pay back if you leave the company before 1 year, that too complete amount, not on pro-rated basis. -just to get relieve from the company you need to literally beg the concerned departments for their exit clearance otherwise your clearance will be delayed. -no opportunity to learn anything new, company will not invest a single penny on your learning -no proper skill mapping of resources to projects
