      Seniority. They would not reply if you need help, but they will bring you to head asia hr, then you’ve been disciplined. It’s your fault, hr/team lead/ manager would not back you up. If you speak the right thing, you are disgusting They said ‘not all manager’. Nah, all manager here are the same. No OT since malaysia rule, salary above 4k no ot. BUT THEY WILL MAKE YOU WORK 24/7. Don’t accept the offer if below 5k salary Some manager only admire certain employees, so you would not have a chance to lead. Same people will lead the workflow/task

      Interview and on boarding was smooth.

      Offboarding was also smooth. They laid me off in 15 days, I change the country on basis of offer with a family of four. Without any prior knowledge I get laid off

      Great people and coworkers, remote full time.

      Cons

      Worst management, change of schedule and department without notice, terrible salaries, no empathy at all. I got sick working for them and my TL didn't care about my situation, even with the doctor's letter she threatened me to write me up. I developed carpal tunnel and my boss just told me to put warm pads. I regret working for this company and most of my teammates felt the same way. Way to much pressure and work load for the $13.50. It is so bad that you can't go to the bathroom for a few minutes, prompt immediately classifies as non productive time and it is deducted from your salary. MAKE YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO FOR ANOTHER COMPANY, NOT OPPORTUNITIES TO GROW OR HAVE A BETTER SALARY WITHIN THE COMPANY.
