Pros

Work with recognizable, large-name clients across the globe, colleagues and managers are very reasonable with their requests, people are extremely friendly and open across all grade levels. Teams are often distributed across the country/world so work from home flexibility when not on client site is very high.

Cons

The technology solutions you implement aren’t exactly “cutting edge” but you are able to see the improvements. It is a huge company and has some of those typical cons (you may work with some unresponsive colleagues)

Pros

Work from home facility that too, depends on project

Cons

Innumerable ! 1. Too much politics 2. They doesn't decide your ratings based on your job/project you've worked for throughout the year, but based on which project you have declined after your project completion. 3. Even if you work the hardest, if they decide that they'll make you resign(forcefully), they'll rate you 4. And the weirdest part is they will give you great feedback based on work you have done but rate you 4 and if you ask them the reason, they'll give you invalid reasons. 4. The management is not at all worried , what career you want to aspire, cause according to them you should be in some project, whether that is a support/service desk role or what so ever. 5. They'll talk about equal opportunity but they doesn't provide the same. 6. They'll ruin your career. 7. They'll deduct employees earned leaves, and if labour commisioner questioning them about this, they'll reply that they have employees consent, which is a complete False statement. 8. They'll forward your CV to the client where your skills doesn't match, and if you cannot crack that, they'll have brownie points that they have tried to place you, but you couldn't crack. So the cycle goes on ! 9. They will send you to client location for project purpose but will not pay you the expenses. That they expect you to pay from your own pocket and then they'll rate you even 4(even if you get a great feedback). Requesting Freshers not to step in this trap. They will hire you and then place you in bench and then internally they will lay off. People agreeing to this please like/comment.
