Great place for graduates to learn Has lots of talented consultants...... oh wait most have left

Cons

Some absolutely terrible project managers that are aggressive and have bullying tendencies towards their teams (but roll over when they speak to the client) Shocking delivery of the most simple of projects Constantly over promise and under deliver Projects are depressing Recruitment of new hires is appalling

Worst company for freshers

Pros

Only infrastructure is gud nothing else . .

Cons

First of all if you are a fresher u need to be lucky to get a good trainer. After three months of training they won't judge you by your performance in training rather they will choose randomly for projects.. If your grades are not good during training then they'll kick you out of the company and once you complete your training suddenly the importance of your grades doesn't matter. Person who performs worst during training gets project early but the one whose performance is best will be on bench for months. So basically they don't judge you according to your performance. Staffing partners are not at all supportive. Least number of chances are there that they will give you your preferred location. If you disagree they will simply tell you to leave the company. Without any proper reason they will fire you without giving any warning even if you are on bench saying that you are under probation period. Atleast have some decency to give warning before you fire any fresher. A good management never does that.
