      Don't Attend Interview; It's fake Drive which happen every weekend.

      Pros

      Every week they conduct the drive and short-list some persons. After sharing document (20-30 days) & salary discussion, they are going to release the offer. I also seen some cases where company extend or cancel offer at time of joining date. It was good company but now a days worst., specially the recruitment team. I am not the employee of this company.

      If you want to save your time then don't go for this company. They are scheduling fake interview process which took whole day.

      Pros

      Good flex benefits scheme and highly ethical company. Variety of accounts to work on Job for life if you just want to plod along, especially if you TUPE'd in on a decent wage.

      Cons

      Grossly underpaid for the work you do. Many colleagues leave, some return to get the promotions and pay-rises they couldn't achieve whilst at Capgemini. If you're good at your job you'll get a tough account, you'll fix it and get moved onto the next tough account. Difficult to get a promotion if on an account less than a year. Seen as lacking ambition if on an account more than 18 months. You can be a higher grade than your own review manager. Too much dead-wood inherited from TUPE deals - some on decent salaries based on what they were on before. You won't get more than the minimum out of them. They're after a redundancy / easy life.

      Managers and senior managers worst. worst timings. HR people listen only managers and senior manager words. My concern to hr people please listen employees words also. Because of that managers so people are left from capgemini Sr managers showing their attitudes. Working environment is waste. people don't listen employee words. Mangers and Sr managers are should need to be change. Capgemini is like a jail .They are not employee friendly.
