Pros

NA - you get to stay here forever without any pay increase.

Cons

1. Performance review is useless. No pay increase for 3 years despite having good review from Clients. 2. No AWS, Bonus, OT, nothing. 3. Horrible management, everything is outsourced. My manager was not even based in Singapore. They just throw fresh grads without any training at the client.

Lack of Managerial Support: Instances of managers failing to back employees during client escalations, leading to additional stress and frustration. 3. Disorganized Projects: Many clients operate in an ad-hoc manner, which creates chaotic project management and negatively impacts team productivity. 4. Long Work Hours: Employees often work extended hours (e.g., 11 am to 12 am), severely affecting mental and physical health. 5. Role Overlap Issues: Introduction of new senior personnel without proper role clarity can undermine existing team members, causing dissatisfaction. 6. Health Impact: Long sitting hours and demanding schedules can lead to physical health problems, such as many critical illness. 7. Internal Politics: Influence of senior managers often limits the escalation of legitimate concerns, leaving employees feeling unsupported.

Thank you for taking the time to provide such a thorough review. We appreciate your positive remarks about Capgemini's global brand and reputation, as well as the learning opportunities we offer. It’s great to hear that you value the extensive training and diverse projects that help foster professional growth. We also take your concerns very seriously. High work pressure and the management's responsiveness to client demands are areas we are actively working to improve. We understand that excessive workloads and compressed timelines can lead to stress and frustration, and we are committed to finding a better balance. Your feedback regarding managerial support is particularly important. We want our managers to be effective advocates for their teams, especially during challenging client interactions. We will take your insights into account as we continue to develop our management training programs. We acknowledge the challenges posed by disorganized projects and the impact of long work hours on employee health and well-being. We are exploring ways to streamline project management processes and ensure that workloads are manageable. The issues related to role overlap and internal politics are also concerning. We strive for clear communication and collaboration within teams, and we will work to address these challenges to foster a more supportive environment. Thank you for your contributions during your time with us. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us make Capgemini a better place to work. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors!
