Wreck the Future You Dream Of!

Pros

Brand Name! Excellent Learning Portals! Feels Like a Government Job!

Cons

Poor Management! Immediate superior lacks transparency. If you happen to challenge them, even when you're advocating for the right thing, they will portray you negatively to their superiors, damaging your reputation. Useless HR Policies! L&D team forces you to take courses you're already proficient in and delivering! No Perks! No increment and no transparency on why you didn't get an increment. This company advertises itself with 7 principles but fails to respect or adhere to them! If you are a senior resource and tech enthusiast, reconsider joining, especially for the India BU! The company's practices can significantly impact your well-being and future. Voicing concerns constructively and honestly will be ignored. If you have sound knowledge but your superior is incompetent, they will hinder the success you strive for. The biased nature of management means everyone is looking out for their own job, which isn't inherently wrong, but it contradicts the 7 principles they publicly promote. Management is like a Ferrari without an engine—sitting idle in the garage, costing money, and relying on the efforts of hard-working employees! Onshore colleagues often attempt to claim credit for your hard work, leaving you questioning what just happened and feeling undervalued.
