Pros

Location; DC is a great place to work Networing; Chance to build intimate relationships with high-ranking government clients People; the people who work at CGGS are GREAT. Those who ultimately make it through the hiring process are by and large nice, competent and truly hard working people... talent! Hours and work-life balance is very good

Cons

HR is a mess Company describes itself as a "$13 billion startup" but often conflict arises because it can't decide if it's a $13 billion company" or a "startup" Tons of training leveraged from Capgemini NA that is often irrelevant - and possibly damaging - to public sector practice Salaries and raise schemes are not amazing (neither are they awful, admittedly)

Management does not keep up with technology trends boxes employees into old management boxes needs to understand new technologies too much reliance on off shore team
