This is worst and pathetic organization, policy ever I have never seen in my working experiences journey. In my previous organization I was working WFH since last 4 years. I lose my comfortable zone, and then join this organization. What I have seen the surprise I am on bench & no one has share the reason. The biggest dark side of this organization is, they are hired the people for bench only for 3 month duration & again you need to give the interview for tagging the project, no one share this information before joining. If within 2 month you are not tagging in the project they will create the mindset plan with evaluation team to reject this employee in project interview & lay off, and then suddenly they will said that your probation period is disconfirmation. There is no job security. I understand every employee has lots of personal, family & medical responsibility, but they don't understand and totally ignored. If you think & give the importance to Job security please do not to join this organization.

Yes, now this is the correct word which Capgemini people knows the meaning. Whatever I had mentioned above is enough for someone to take the decision. Lastly, you might have best industry knowledge with you of any of the domain but in capgemini portfolio manager's won't consider your knowledge, skills or talent they want only those people who can be there slaves. There are many many many peple in the company who are getting targeted by such portfolio managers but no one can do anything against then cause HR's are too poor in there roles. Whole system is GARBAGE
