Pros

Committed to training and development. Great support depending on the department you're in in regard to Retail Banking.

Cons

Calibrations of employees (at the time) are not conducive for small teams. It's a large company but you could potentially be 'pigeon holed' to certain roles (only allowing for lateral movement). The company is growing but it is also working on growing together as a lot of their products are actual "businesses" under the brand. It is very fractured so it can be tough navigating across lines.

Pros

Good work-life balance. A lot of emphasis on learning and development.

Cons

Probably slightly underpaid compared to similar work in other companies. Very hierarchal decision structure. Top-down approach to most problem solving.
