Pros

- They pay you get an AWS certification - Stable job - Good work-life balance - Modern tech stack

Cons

- No one does anything at the comapny - No difficult technical challenges - Most roles are for internal platforms where 70% of them don't get used - Amazon VPs brought PIP culture - Not a meritocracy; lots of office politics - Stuck in meetings for most of your day - Takes weeks to get any changes out even for an internal platform - Wasting time filling out Jira tickets when no one has ever used it correctly or looked at any statistic for the board - Office politics matter more than your merits, make sure you know corporate talk
