Potential but Circular

Pros

I feel like the leadership genuinely do care about the people they lead and manage. (On the flip side, I do feel that they don't have as much power as one would think, so they're not the best at addressing concerns.)

Cons

The company felt like it was growing and moving toward the cutting edge of tech and new ideas about 7-8 years ago, but in recent years, it's felt like it's been mired in pivots, and redesigns that never go anywhere.

Burnout

Pros

Very difficult, lots of pressure, not worth the constant stress for the compensation. No compensation is enough for back to back calls and endless demands like with this company.

Cons

Very difficult. The job is extremely stressful and the back to back calls is mental torture. Training is horrible and the compensation is not enough for all the multitasking.
