      Pros

      The pay was well above average in the area Benefits were great, with on-site medical/pharmacy for convenience of care At the time, balanced hybrid working environment My core design team was incredible

      Cons

      The company is split into many "internal companies" and what team you land on impacts your work and your satisfaction with the job. Stack ranking puts you up against everyone within your discipline, so if you're unlucky to be on a bad team or have a manager who doesn't like you, tough luck. If you're part of FS, put on a smile and force a cheer at the cringe events or else ...

      Great W/L balance, hard to grow

      Pros

      Don't track days off, can take vacations as long as you are delivering up to expectations. I never work after 5 or on weekends. People are pretty nice, just the typical corporate politics every now and then.

      Cons

      Pretty hard to grow or climb the ladder, even for people working at a level or two above their expectations. Unless your leadership/manager really like you and support your growth it's hard to get promotions.
