Pros

Good work life balance if you don't care about promotion Good benefit Flexible back to office policy

Cons

Performance review every 6 months. They only care 5% of the top performer, which make the competition very cruel if you want to stay and grow Very high turnover even in the current job market

Pros

Great culture of leaders really caring about their employees. Decent benefits.

Cons

There promotion process is strange as you begin working at your new level but with your old title and pay and then if you prove yourself after 6 months you are promoted. I've never seen a company work this way and it feels like you are working at the higher level to their advantage without the higher pay.
