Great People, Great Opportunities for those who are self-starters and at home with minimal direction.

Cons

Leadership does not appreciate the relationship of Demand vs Supply leading to commitments which cannot be satisfied. Performance Management is based on the old "Forced Bracket" in which 10% of the lowest rated employees are managed out of the company.
