      Pros

      Capital One overall is a great place to work. The people come together as a community to really engage and develop one another.

      Cons

      Sometime open communication isn’t easy to get from some but that happens a little bit every where.

      Pros

      Benefits are great, pay is good, lots of amenities and events ..,they were somewhat flexible in work requirements for going in office but about to change to in office requirements .. not too bad though

      Cons

      Disorganized, difficult career mobility navigation, and in many areas there’s toxic cultures , They have the old stacked ranking system so there’s little collaboration but a lot of politics.
