Pros
Benefits and flexibility are amazing. I really couldn't ask for either of those to be better.
Cons
It's tough to move around within the company unless you know someone. Everyone is expected to work above and beyond what their intended role is but does not get compensated for it. The pay used to be top in the industry but their raises have become minimal and the only way to receive a significant one is to get a promotion which is not always easy. Overall, pay and movement opportunities could use improvement.
