      Beware Capital One will Lay you off!!

      Good benefits, good interaction with people and customers, friendly.

      Cons

      Management constantly changes, had 4 managers in less than 8 months. Constantly lays people off, no job security there. pay is terrible. over 3500 employees were laid off in the last year!
