Three stars for pay & perks. I personally have good wlb too, team is good about encouraging you to take vacation and time off. My manager is great

Cons

- Soulless corporate vibe that pretends to be hip and fun... it's a bank - Work is incredibly boring - Stack ranking -- 2x a year forced layoffs, you are rated against your peers in your job family. Your "influence" and ability to play into the awful office politics here is probably more important for your rating than any actual work you produce - Again... soulless corporate job. So many meetings. - Obsession with numbers over real results. You constantly have prove your "value"

They love layoffs, particularly when it lets them spend big on stock buybacks. Aggressive "performance management" means someone on your team is getting PIPed twice a year. They do not care about you.
