Analyst and Product Job Families are the highest respected; therefore, some roles within the company are not update to industry standards for compensation and career trajectories/development.

Having worked at the company for over 10 years, it really is a great place to work with great people. The benefits are good and are very family centered.

Cons

It's hard to move up within the company unless you are located in Richmond. Pay is lower as an employee who's been there for awhile.

Excellent pay, benefits, and facilities. It's strategically focus on success in its markets, and a key contributor to the community.

Cons

Intense drive to deliver, this is a high performance company. While they preach work life balance it doesn't really exist right now. If you can't give it everything you've got, don't work here.
