      Pros

      Capital One has great people working for them and I really enjoyed the teamwork. Capital One has great compensation and benefits. There care about the community as well and provide lots of volunteer opportunities.

      Cons

      Capital One is too much about the numbers and not necessarily what is always best for the people. Upper management can tend to have expectations that may be unrealistic.
