      Company culture is balanced really well. When operations are busy--management lightens the mood and helps out to ensure smooth operations are maintained--morale is kept up.

      Cons

      Call volumes can be staggering at times.

      Pros

      PTO(timeoff) is tremendous, Great corporate culture, good pay in comparison with other banks. Very strategic with growing.

      Cons

      Management is promoted by favorites. Management also knows nothing of how to manage the branches effectively. The new GAIN model is ridiculous and a waste of time and money.
