      Very fair practices Great Leaders - Executive Management Best pay and benefits package Work life balance - work remotely, time off, family care off,

      Cons

      Very, very competitive work environment. It becomes " dog eat dog" world during yearly performance appraisal period. Company lets certain bottom %(~5-10%) leave every year. Of course it in not politics free.

      The work/life balance is very fair. Overall, the level of talent is extremely high and makes for an enjoyable work place.

      Cons

      There are too many chiefs. The abudance of smart people can cause overthinking simple decisions.
