      Great people and pay, but challenging promotion culture

      Smart and talented people, competitive pay, most tech focused bank, AI friendly, work / life balance, soft on PTO requirements (team specific), fun events

      Cons

      Stack ranking for promotions / firing people means you always have to play the corpo game. More of a PIP culture these days, always drew inspo from Amazon but feels even more so lately.

      Cons

      They have little to no benefits no sick days unless required by law and you can only miss 7 days in a rolling calendar that with no sick days is disgusting for your employees you work like dogs
