- One of the top 10 banks in US - it is not only 100 largest companies in the country as ranked by Fortune Magazine and -Positive work environment - Several different BRGs - business resource groups that show how much they care about their employees, Women tech, Asian groups, etc - Cares so much about their employees. Helps employees develop their skills with trainings and certifications. - Also cares about the community
