Pros

They have good pay and benefits.

Cons

There is a lot of competition for the best ratings and you have to make sure to be seen and heard by the right folks to ensure you are rated highly. In some instances, you have to do a job at the next level for 6 mos to 1 year before you are promoted and paid for the next level.

Pros

Good benefits and work life balance.

Cons

It is about who you know, who you party with and how many happy hours you attend. It doesn’t matter how hard you work nor what projects you accomplish. And if you want to move up in role you have to be willing to sacrifice your family time and available 24/7 to senior leadership.

Pros

A fantastic place to work with a flexible hybrid structure. The company truly cares for your well-being and has an outstanding culture.

Cons

None that I can personally think of at the moment.
