Lack of transparency with core role, constant changes within the department including leadership and rules and regulations, since the pandemic and associates are working from amenities that were offered in the office like onsite gym, relaxation room have become nonexistent

Like any company, the manager makes all the difference. I have had some great managers but recently have had a string of disappointment. Change is too frequent to gain any traction.
