      Great culture, pay, and room to grow and expand your skills. They definitely invest time and money in training for most roles which goes a long way for early career.

      Cons

      Sometimes expected to work and travel more than you signed up for but it's worth it for everything else.

      Unpredictable job with poor work-life balance and micromanagement

      Pros

      No good pros, only good perk is on time salary.

      Cons

      1. Reorganization is common twice or thrice a year. 2. Position is unpredictable, anytime you may loose your job. 3. No work life balance, you need to manage time. 4. Growth should be measured by luck or the opportunities and not by hard work. 5. 5 days work from office and 6+ hours mandatory to be in office. 6. Managers one who have grown in the same organisation are not professional as they follow micromanagement. 7. No employee engagement activities for employees, according to HR, employee engagement means coordinating sports for 1 day and i.e. on Saturday.
