Pros

Large multinational company, exposure to international and global ways of doing business, working for industry leader, learn about industry best practices in different functional areas. Ability to serve key industrial sectors such as oil & gas, mining, construction. Relatively stable and secure job.

Cons

Due to the large number employees, hard to get visibility. Some bureacratic processes may slow down day to day opertations.

Strong company stability Brand Global presences which allows for contacts around the work. Large employee in central Illinois Family ties to company

Cons

Mid career hire are not part of the club. Working to improve is sometimes looked as rogue behavior Performance reviews and not important No clear path for advancement Rewards is an unknown word or concept.

I don't know much , i have just started as an intern at Aurora facility , I hope it goes well

Cons

till now it seems they are very rigid. changes don't take place easily . That's all i can say till now
