You learn a lot of the retail business, they have good benefits, the work environment is good, is a good school if you are starting your carrer
Cons
Salaries are low, you have to stay late hours and they don´t pay for it, the professional growth is too slow, salary rise is not a thing you see every year or ever, they like to hire new people instead of giving the opportunity to the current employees
